Relax in Falls Park

One of the most awe-inspiring falls in the area, and there are a lot, Falls Park is a great day out for all the family. The 22-acre park features ponds where you can go fishing, a playground for the children, and beautiful, scenic trails that bring you right up close to the local dam. Picnic tables are also dispersed around the park for your convenience.

The views around the park are absolutely incredible at any time of year, making this a great place for a solo stroll or for taking your dog for a walk.

Drink at One of the Numerous Microbreweries

If you love craft beer, then this area is perfect for you. There are many different microbreweries located around town, including Sawmill Grill and Post Falls Brewing Company. Most breweries brew their own craft beers on-site using only locally sourced produce.  The sense of community is never lacking in the local restaurant scene.

Motorsports at Findlay Stadium Stateline Speedway

Are you a fan of Motorsport? You’ll love Post Falls, as there is a speedway located just before the Washington state line. The stadium hosts a variety of motorsport events, including Wreck-it Racing and Malicious Monster Trucks along with open-wheel nights. There is also an on-site racing school for anyone who is interested in learning the art of motorsports.

Not a fan of motorsports? The stadium-style racetrack is also often used for live music events, so keep your eyes open for these.

Highlands Golf Course

Of course, no countryside residence would be complete without a nearby 18-hole golf course, and Highlands is an excellent choice for a spot of afternoon putting. Situated on top of a hill overlooking the town, this beautiful yet challenging course ensures excitement for even the most experienced golfer.

A Piece of History at Treaty Rock Park

Home to some astounding rock formations, Treaty Rock Park is a beautiful place to spend the afternoon. A treaty was allegedly signed between local tribesmen and Frederick Post (the founder of the town) on this rock, and the inscriptions remain to this day. It is not clear if the inscriptions are the originals or if they were reproduced at a later date, but they’re a lot of fun to hike up and see.

These were just a few of the amazing things to do and see in the area that make living in this area incredible. The nearby Spokane River and famous Coeur d’Alene Lake are just minutes from the city center. Post Falls is a great place to put down roots, and Bent Blade Heights offers luxury living in the peaceful quiet of the Pacific Northwest. Interested in touring the property?
